- Jamie gives this famous recipe a unique twist that’s going to blow your mind - roasted grapes. Sounds odd but the natural balsamic sweetness and sticky caramelisation from cooking them works perfectly against the lettuce, celery, apple and walnuts traditionally used in this dish. And to make it healthier Jamie has switched out the mayonnaise dressing for a lighter yogurt and mustard one and flavoured it with fresh tarragon.

Hi! I'm from the Netherlands. We live nearby a forest, birds are singing for the spring. Animal farms are so close to the cities, thus we are lucky to see horses, cows, ducks :) By the way thank you for the recipe :)

Miah Nuguid Hi Miah, yeah you're right about that. Seems like I need to go to big grocery stores in Manila just to look for tarragon. These kind of herbs isn't really available even in popular groceries near our place.

Trondheim, Norway. And frankly, Jamie... we feel a little neglected by you up here. Surely there has to be something foodwise up here that you can appreciate. Sour cream pudding, brown cheese(pretty much like a toffee made from milk. Delicious!), fresh fish and whatnot. So an open invite to come to Norway and taste what we have to offer to the culinary world. Or at least something to laugh about! :) Animals are indeed going at it up here. Cranes and all kinds of birds, and I certainly know what the bloody FOX says...

The other half of the salad was blended and the paste used to stuff a pork loin roast.
Now THAT was utterly sensational!

Are four grown up people really supposed to be satiated by this amount of salad? As a main course, I'd say this servers two people tops. Looks totally awesome anyways :)
