Some of you may wonder why we didn't fill our team and to be honest the amount of time we were both putting in, it was unrealistic for us to fill our team. if it was just me I would've filled my team but we could only record during specific windows and Adam doesn't have as much time as I do to shiny hunt. if you want to see me reattempt a shiny only soul link let me know!

Honestly the only reason yall lost is because that shaman was level 45 and the rest of your pokemon were level 36. Joe was only level 41. Next time level to the gym cap because yall have the skills to do it.
I'm mostly surprised you only boosted shiny odds to 4096 when it was a randomizer nuzlocke. I feel like anyone doing shiny pokemon challenges where they're modified for time's sake has a pass to go for 1/100 at the least.

I don't know about other people but I'm more than fine with lowering shiny rates to like 1/100 or 200 so it's more realistic to catch full teams
I like that they had really difficult odds, it made it much more exciting when they found them! But lower odds are good for people looking to not waste that much time on finding shinies for sure lol :>
It always annoys me im happy for anything 1/1000 or higher but like 1/100 makes shinies just regular pokemon

I suggest you to do the soul link again, but with the option to use potions. Otherwise it’s just too difficult with that random opponent to defeat.
I know how nuzlock works, but it doesn’t seem quite possible for this random +shiny only. Appreciate the attempt though👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Loved it bro, You two should do 1/512 odds but catch more pokemon. Seeing what pokemon you get shiny and how you guys play the game is way cooler than just seeing you guys spend so much time hunting a few shinies

I knew that Mewtwo was at risk because lack of encounters. I spent most of the early game and then after 6 badge repeating find more encounters, find more encounter, lol Mewtwo lose to a rando hurts. That was an elite 4 Mon smh.
