  • New Series, new guitar. Squier Standard Stratocaster is the sacrificial lamb for all things related to pickup testing, mounting, electrical theory, and my journey to understanding guitar. This episode I mount 3 Seymour Duncan SJBJ bridge pickups in the guitar parallel to the strings to see what will happen and how it will sound. Is this the tone secret all guitar pros know about? Watch and see.
I'm Tim Guitar thank you for watching.

I'm planning on ghosting my 1 pickup on a 2 string bass. The concept would help with keeping my build thinner at the neck.
Thanks for your time in creating this.

I was going to try vertical mounting on a 2-string bass I’m building. But I think I’ll go with traditional. Thanks for making this video!

To funny, I'm here for the same question and build.
Creating my own 2 string bass. Vertical would help with width to my concept. Planning on ghosting my pickup
