Since you seem to like the guitar focus in a lot of Eve songs, I can't recommend TUYU enough. Their guitarist is the composer for the band so pretty much every song has a sick solo in there somewhere and is generally just really good throughout. I would recommend It's Raining After All, Trapped in the Past, or I'm Getting on the Bus to the Other World if you wanted to listen to one of theirs!
I love tuyu. Just wished Pusu wasn't such a mess. They were so talented, but they are never going to be the same because he is such a trainwreck. He just got arrested for attempting to murder his underage girlfriend. It must suck to be the other members of Tuyu, watching your hardworking go down the drain because one of your band mates can't control himself

I love this channel so much because it does what seems like the majority of react channels don't do, which is actually react and give their thoughts and feedback on what they're watching/listening to.

Indeed, most of the react music channels only listen the music and say stuff like "OMG DID YOU HEARD THAT? WOAH! WOOOO!!" coming back to listen to those parts enough times to get to 8min.
Tony gives feedback, things that he heard on the song, rythms, etc.
I don't know anything related to music but he's so entretaing to listen that even i a person with 0 musical knowledge gets off the video with something new learned.
Glad you finally checked out "As You Like It." It's one of my favorite Eve songs, and it was the song that made me an Eve fan many years ago. I'd say check out Eve's most recent song, "Like the Flatwoods Monster" ft. Deu (vocalist from People 1, the band that did "Dogland" one of the chainsaw man ending songs). It felt like a real breath of fresh air compared to most of Eve's recent music and Deu adds his own distinct vocal style that you'd never think of putting together with Eve, but it works great.
Agreed! I actually didn't like "Like the Flatwoods Monster" the first time I listened to it, but it really grew on me. I would also recommend "Avant", as it's one of my favorite eve songs.

Eve was so good man, the band were awesome too, even the crowd were very hype (1,5 hrs of nonstop dancing and vibing). Hands down one of the best concert i've ever attend.
Okinimesumama was the last song so it's kinda making me sad seeing this video, hopefully he will do some asia tour again in the future!

I've always loved your reactions. The way you articulate why something sounds good is my favorite type of breakdown. And you're so thorough, it helps me understand why I like the music I do and helps me listen more carefully to songs.

Also, there's this song from eve that almost none know, it's called "Kaishingeki" and it's one of the BEST song I EVER listen to.

Other thing that I suggest it's to check his live performance! They exaggerate the instrumental so much, so good.

I loved Kaishingeki when I first heard it, it's not as well known because it doesn't show up on Eve's TH-cam channel or have a dedicated music video, but it definitely is a really good song, so much so that one time a poll was made with different Eve songs that didn't have a music video, and people were asked to vote whichever they thought deserved one the most.
I don't remember which song was top 1 exactly, but I do remember that Kaishingeki was among the top 5
Kaishingeki is underrated for sure. I almost always get goosebumps at the last minute, so good.

I've been waiting for this for so long!!! My absolute favorite Eve song and how i found him!
Man I was obsessed with this song when it came out. Love the music, love the lyrics, love the music video.
This was the first song by Eve that I LOVED, the song is fun, and the video is fun to watch, this was back when his MVs had tons of intentional hidden lore, now most of Eve's songs end up being large set pieces, and sometimes it's dope don't get me wrong, I think Fight Song is a banger, but they aren't as chunky as this.
Check out Natori, Overdose is his most popular, but I personally love Sleepwalk, and Osmanthus, I get a bit of that Eve feeling from him sometimes.
Natori sounds exactly live Eve, also like Cidergirl. Weird huh, it seems like Eve's voice isn't that unique after all

One of my favorite tracks from EVE and how I discovered them lol. I use the YT "my mix" feature for quick music playlists and after awhile it will throw random stuff in and this was the track it threw at me, been a fan ever since. Love fun upbeat songs like this that you can clap to.

I don’t know nearly enough about music or song composition so please forgive me if I am completely wrong but I think the song is chock full of “Eve-isms”.

They are both beatbox video, but more complex. The first is Gene Shinozaki X Apartment session. The second is Robin vs Dice loopstation. I really would like to hear your opinion on those videos, especially the first one.

Eve's songs are hard to sing so of course you couldn't expect him to sing them perfectly live, but I'd say he still nailed it! Especially for hitting those high notes in Avant!
Numa and the band was amazing as well! They added some nice instrumental interludes between a few songs. (It might be a bit much but that tasteful intro they added before Tokyo Ghetto had the same vibe of the intro of Shine on You Crazy Diamond.)
As You Like It was the last song in the concert. The crowds clapping with the beat was so much fun! And Numa nailed that guitar solo!
The only issue was the volume of the band got turned too loud which made Eve's vocal hard to hear in a few songs, but that's not really the band's fault.
