I love everything about Iggy...his music, his songs, his body, his limping gait, his outrageous presence on stage, his kindness and education when he isn't on stage... he's a real passenger, like us, in this crazy journey called life...

98 for me dude, played at the V Festival in my hometown in the UK. Saw James Brown that night too. One of the best gigs I've been to

I heard this song when I was 20 back in 1980 ... now whenever I hear it it makes me feel just as young and open minded again...
Easy. Skin, arteries, veins, bones, hair, eyes and voice. Pure genius. There are no more like that.
A nice touch with the brass. I have followed Ig since 1977. Instill cant understand how I missed the Stooges but must have been too young by a couple years. I am proud to say that I have bought every Iggy album and seen every tour since 79.The 1983 tour of Zombie Birdhouse was his best show until 2016. Seeing him play the Academy of Music in Philly was just the cherry on top.
I think it's a nod to Siouxsie's amazing cover of the song.

Summer 2002, the island of Krk, Croatia, I've been there a few meters from stage, and Iggy was there too, it was a crazy night, the band started an intro and after a while Iggy ran out from the dark behind the drums half naked looking like Jesus, just like here, he was moving his body uncontrolably in some strange fashion as he was possesed, we were in shock of the scene! What a gig that was!

So I was in the pit at the Capitol Theater in DC around ‘90 at a Pop show and somebody landed on the back of my head and rolled over into my arms. He was a sweaty mess, and still singing. I chucked him. Can’t believe he’s still doing it. Unbelievable!
