“After I finished my civil engineering degree in Brazil in the end of 2015 I decided that I wanted to take an extra step. So with the full support of my long time adventure partner I started a Master Degree at Sydney University and that’s how we sold most of our belongings and moved from Brazil to Australia. But 6 months later we realized that actually that was not what we were looking for. So instead of flying back straight to our country, we decided to take a few sabbatical months and travel until the end of 2016. The plan was simple, we wanted to travel to places where it is cheap and/or comfortable, and take the time to think about our own lives so we could decide what we wanted to do from 2017 and on. That’s the story we tell in this first season of Odd Life Crafting” Duca

"Depois que terminei meu curso de Engenharia Civil no Brasil no final de 2015, decidi que queria dar um passo extra. Assim, com o apoio total de minha parceira de aventura de longa data, iniciei um Mestrado na Universidade de Sydney e foi assim que vendemos a maioria de nossos pertences e nos mudamos do Brasil para a Austrália. Mas 6 meses mais tarde, percebemos que na verdade não era o que estávamos procurando. Então, ao invés de voar de volta direto para o nosso país, decidimos tirar alguns meses sabáticos e viajar até o final de 2016. O plano era simples, queríamos viajar para lugares onde fosse barato e/ou confortável, para podermos parar para pensar sobre nossas próprias vidas e, então decidirmos o que queríamos fazer a partir de 2017 e em diante. Essa é a história que contamos nesta primeira temporada de Odd Life Crafting." Duca

It is New Years Eve of 2019 coming into 202, and I have been catching up some of your older Videos, and enjoying a great deal. For some reason the two of you seem so relaxed with each other with those around you and that comes across as relaxing for the viewer. Having just picked your channel up as you were rebuilding the boat I never saw the ending credits and art work you had in the early episodes such as Bali. My best wishes to both of you and hope you both have a wonderful New Year.

Heyy!! Good to have you here!! Yep for sure. We live in an island and we sail (I mean in 2018 we didn’t sail not even once as we are really busy building a Shipping container house) but our dream is to do what tou are doing. One of the goals of building the house, to learn the skills so we can built a sailboat next. Hopefully the next project. I started watching your videos this week and for sure it will help a lot!! 😊👌🏼💪🏼

Did you sell your motorcycle at the airport, leave it there or give it away?
The company that rents it asked us to just leave it at the parking lot with the key inside the seat. 😂😂
@@OddLifeCrafting Oh... OK... I thought you said that it was your motorcycle. You rented it. Your English is really good and only getting better with practice. It sounds like you somewhat just learned English in 2006 when you started this channel. English is one of the hardest languages to learn from what I've heard.
