Been riding the tweaker this whole season and everything he saying is spot on (per usual). When I bought the board, the person who sold it too me at the shop said it was going to me a very aggressive ride. I found that it wasn’t really aggressive at all. More of a fun playful board you can take around the whole mountain. Has definitely helped me progress in the park. Feels like I can make the whole mountain a terrain park. I will say it’s definitely not the BEST for high speed riding, and turning. But it will definitely get the job done at least. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a playful park based / all-mountain board!
Was on a lift with a snowboard instructor at Falls Creek (Australia) who was riding one of these. He loved it. The graphics at the top of the board were pretty sweet.
Bought one of these to learn par stüffs. Haven't died yet, so great success. In saying that, very fun and nimble. Surprised me at how stable it felt on groomers at speed.
I’ve been snowboarding for years and want to get into park, but all my friends just cruise. Would this board be good enough to keep up cruising down the mountain with my friends for a few runs before I hit park all day?
@@AngrySnowboarder well , im used to the 3bt but i tried a process and it felt that it wanted to jump , stale mod im just curious. Looking for a freestyle board(sorry for eng im from italy,). I check every board you review, keep it up.
@@AngrySnowboarder i am looking for something to hit jumps in park, i already have a mellow board to use everyday, im not a beginner i snowboard since i was 8 and now im 30 , i can do simple stuff in park now im looking to a board to actually hit bigger jumps and features. I am decise even to learn a board hard to handle, if it makes sense. thanks in advance.
Sup Angry, I've got a Ride Helix that's a little on the stuff side, and an Arbor Westmark that's a little too soft and easy to wash out on butters with. Any recommendations on an option between the two?
How would you compare this to something like the Rome Party Mod? I really want something playful that I can ride my small ice coast resort like a skatepark and do sidehits, butters, etc. and if I make a trip out west or to a bigger resort I can still ride decent. I already have a stalefish which I love for pow/all mtn cruising.
Lets put it this way, I own a Rome Party Mod and I wouldn't even look at this thing for myself. Party Mod has more skate like pop, is easier to turn but doesn't grip like this thing, it's easier to butter than this due to the flat to rocker profile. Basically this board is average at best.
@@AngrySnowboarder perfect! I’m after a twin to ride solely on the bunny hill with my kids who are learning. It’ll be nothing but riding switch and or practicing ground/butter tricks on low angle groomers. I want it catch free, playful, and poppy. Looking at Artifact, Agent, Gangplank, Tweaker, and Disaster, but I really don’t know. All my experience for the last 15 years is with high end, aggressive freeride and pow boards. The last board I road that matched this description for me was a K2 Parkstar. What would you choose? Thanks 🙏🏼
Fuck I rode a 156 a few days ago and it's *so* much lighter and less catchy than my 154 superpig - kind of understandable as the superpig is volume shifted, but still, the difference was massive. Really enjoyed it
Hey Angry, I’ve been trying to watch all your reviews and I watched the top 5 twinish powder because I don’t know what to get. I ride Midwest and I’m into carving, but I Kiteboard the cornfields when we get real snow. I need a twin for size 12 boots that can carve on shitty snow but floats on pow going both ways. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
The interaction between music and speech sounds was so compelling that it was very difficult to focus on the meaning of the words. You could have modulated completely into sprechstimme and I would have been right there for it. I'll read the written review to find out what you actually said. Nicely done and thanks so much for the reviews!

The board for people who think there’s only one Jeremy Jones
Facts.
Further deeper higher describes my weekends perfectly bro 😎
So this is the jones board for me to live the further, deeper, higher movies. Thanks for the recommendation.

Another Great Video Review. Always the best. Cheers.
Nice bro. I use an ice ax when riding the steeps of “lost boy” at vail while on any Jones deck bro. An ax is mandatory bro, especially when tweaking
hell yeah brother
Nice one. Real nice Brotato-tot
Hahaha brotato-tot
How do we feel sbout this board in pow? I love traditional cambrr. And love park/side hits/butters. But am hitting more pow now
It's a soft flexing twin park board so...
Today is a great day to drop this review early.
Today is a great day to reschedule this to December.
@@AngrySnowboarder 😅Let's compromise and make it before meaningful snowfall

Eh there's so many better options.
Which would be better as a do it all board? This or the Lib tech box knife 2023? Thanks
Box Knife.
burton process, disaster or stale mod? love your reviews, the only one that actually say something
Wow all over the place with flex, camber, and shape.

What do you want optimally from the performance of it?

How do you think this would fit for a beginner/intermediate on the ice coast?
I don't think about it for that level of rider.

Westmark camber or rocker?
It's a Westmark camber

is this board more damp and stable comparing to the Salomon Craft?
No.
How would you compare the tweaker vs. the artifact pro?
Tweaker is softer, has more torsional give, 3d shaping, rides like ass compared to the AP.

If it's just for riding with the kids I'd go Gangplank, flat to rocker, easy to press, not demanding at all.
👀 waiting for the mind expander twin video
Could you help me.. what’s the biggest difference between the jones tweaker and the bataleon disaster?
Shape, sidecut, core profile, camber, 3d shaping, overall ride.
@@AngrySnowboarder7 months later.. which board between these two and why? 😂 sorry but I simply can’t decide

Unrelated to the board but goddamn that synth music you used had me a little aroused
Have to love Karl Casey and White Bat Audio.
This or the Bataleon Disaster/Lobster Shifter? Love the tbt but love Jones as a company
Disaster.
For butters/presses which did you prefer, this or the mind expander twin🧐
This is softer and more playful.
@@AngrySnowboarder choosing between this and mind expander twin. Am I too heavy with my 210 lbs for 156 tweaker? No 159 tweaker in my local store

Not this board. I'd probably just snag something like a Marhar Lumberjack, maybe a Golden Orca.
Thanks! Lumberjack is on my short list, so that’s a big help.

Sounds exactly like the burton kilroy twin apart from that 3d shape
This or the artifact!?
Definitely.
I thought it was a fart . Turns out.... it wasnt..
