Banjo games are hardly a high priority when you can play all on the Series X either purchased separately or part of rare replay meaning all 3 are on Gamepass. All,of them are back compat 360 versions and play great.
I played it also from Gamepass. Good game! I liked that there was no fighting or shooting combats in the game like almost every game has but it was still action packed and interesting game.
Spawnwave is a phony, and this guy is not that much better (his favorite game from last year was supposedly Alan Wake 2, that should be self-explanatory)

Banjo games are small games size wise. It wouldn’t need to be one of these games with a 200 million dollar budget. If they keep the budget down they could have a massive profit margin.
Nintendo needs to a stick to “Nintendo things” and doing what it does best…an MMO is not one of those things and neither is it something its player base is going to be really interested in…not to mention most MMO’s in this day and age need a PC release as well to stay viable
Now that PlayStation puts Spider-Man 2 on P.C it's going to be very interesting to see if Sony is finally going to be able to enter the cloud space in gaming now that Google has been taken out of the picture thanks to the FTC regulating Google telling them that they cannot charge Sony or Microsoft for their customers for buying either Game Pass or PlayStation Plus on their own apps. It's going to get very interesting now that Google is no longer holding back Sony or Microsoft.
I don't know why xbox can't hire some small teams to do some remakes and sequels to games like Banjo. doesn't have to be a AAA game. shoot for the 20-30 dollar range and it will also help pad game pass. yeah I would be fine with Banjo going multiplat if it helps get the game made. would be a great game for the switch.

I'm not sensitive about timed-exclusives or delays or anything like that. Black Myth Wukong is a guaranteed personal Game of the Year for me for 2024. So whether it drops on Xbox in September, October, November, or December, I'm buying that bad boy the say it does. If it drops in 2025, however... I'd still get and play it Day One. But it's chances of being my Game of The Year for 2025 wpuld be challenged due to Fable and South of Midnight both coming out next year. (And Final Fantasy Rebirth likely dropping in PC next year as well.) That will be a difficult year for that game for me. So, I hope it drops end of this year.

I think the bigger story with the announcement of Spider-Man 2 on PC, is that PlayStation has very few 1st party exclusives remaining. We're watching the death of that business model. I believe only Astrobot, Demon Soul's Remake, Destruction Allstars, Last of Us Part 2 Remastered and Gran Tursimo 7 as first party PlayStation exclusives with PS5 versions. The business is more and more telling me, play on PC.

How is spiderman 2 releasing soon a surprise...it's still a year and a half. I completely lost interest like I have with all of their other games from waiting too long. A year and a half is still far too long. 3 months would be the longest I'd wait with excitement, after that all of the hype dies down and I move onto the next game. Sony's strategy is ridiculous and losing them sales, the majority of pc gamers that spend a lot on their PC's aren't going to be tempted to buy a console just to play a game earlier on a say inferior piece of hardware.
