Usually racers will hit roadblocks every time but they can still dodge so when it comes to weapons its a hit or miss situations just make sure when using an EMP that the racer isn’t using a jammer. Jammers will stop your targeting resulting in a miss

I don’t see any difference except for in the time trials so it really shouldn’t matter which car you drive
Also the roadblock is porsche cayan turbos which are only available in level 3 roadblock upgrade
