I struggle with social anxiety. Everyday I try my best to overcome it, change and be more confident during social situations. Some days I am able to but somehow in the end I always again fall back into the webs created by my social anxiety. This question always lingers in my mind 'Why Can't I Change?' and this song just speaks of what I've been feeling, the feeling of wanting to change but not being able to.
