Man, as I sat and watched this video, I realized how much WORK goes into making these videos. All of the different camera angles and shots and then you have to do the actual work you're videotaping...then after all of that, you now have to edit it. That's another full-time job in itself!!! I almost feel bad watching for free - but I love watching the transformation of this lot. Have a great week sir!!
Man...you are so right...I bet you I spend at LEAST 20 hours a week editing videos....and thats on top of the 50-60 hours I actually work....I really think I am going to start hiring someone to do that part for me....

That machine is awesome. All it needs now is grass seed and water. Smooth finish. Thank you for the information on liquid lime. I’m putting down pelletized lime and turning the dirt. The whole video is a good watch but the last part of the video with the time lapse is awesome ! Really shows the fine detail in the finish work and what a difference from start to finish. I like how meticulous and precise you were with the finish grade and directional travel. I'm the same way and the neighbors always say I'm too pick hah. Nice job again !

The floating leveling bar is one of the coolest patented features! You don't have to be as skilled as Pete to get really great results. 🙌🏼
I have zero need to do any of this on my property, but man, if you don't have the cools tools, you sure do know people who do. :D That area is gonna be on par with your house when you're done!

They are a long ways from my house but that is as cool as the turf we like to grow...tall fescue!
I’m amazed that it still takes hundreds of passes with that big equipment to get it right. No wonder why my “old guy with a shovel and rake” technique is so brutal! 😎

Have your local equipment rental company give us a call! We've got dozens of rental companies that have purchased units so people can pick up an SR3 when they need one.
That place is amazing compared to where it was. I cant wait to see the final result. Then again, this stuff is in your blood. It won't ever be fully finished will it?

What is this huge area of new grass going to be used for? Good amount of time and $ you have in it.
Was that topsoil at the end or more clay?
That Cat looks like the worlds best landscape rake.
Sure I’d grow some grass over that big area, but I wouldn’t stop there until I had a nice orchard of apple and peach and pear trees! Free bags of fruit to everyone in my church!

I’ve seen almost every piece of equipment out there and I’ve never seen that attachment before. Seems to do a good job without some form of a pulverizer on it. I think I see a skid loader in the future of the gci equipment lineup
Thanks for the love! That big 3/4" Finish Rake on the front of the SR3 acts as a pulverizer. It is AR15 steel and destroys all the clods the rippers bring up. We prefer it over a the more complex pulverizers that can't de-compact nearly as deep.

We've got contractors telling us they can install lawns in a quarter of the time it used to take them. That's scary fast! 👻

Brother I see a day when you transition more into grading work, like larger commercial projects, or even new neighborhoods going in. Big money in that stuff. Just keep buying more grading equipment and sell off your Wright mowers really, really cheap! bahahaha

Why didn't you dig a big hole to push all your trash in? I work for a guy who renovates old homes and he will dig out a giant hole and cover up all the junk.
In my experience that creates a sink hole along with all types of problems.
Not only will it create a sink hole, but its illegal to do here in Georgia.
Because doing that is an asshole move. It will be nothing but trouble down the line.
