- Don't even need to hit the cutscene. Skips a few cutscenes, lots of combat, and a boss fight. Big skip. Easy as pie. There's a spartan core right on the same area as the first clip too, so good routing wise for cores for the ground pound. Thanks to Dyse for the 2nd clip setup.
Dude I was fighting the boss on this mission and couldn't beat him so I went around too find better weapons accidentally blasted through the Lazer but didn't die and continue down the path. Then started this mission 😲. I was like wtf!! Checked my map and it said excavation site completed???. Lol so I guess I got too skip the boss fight. Kinda sucks I didn't get too beat him myself tho.

I've seen a guy use a banshee to fly all the way to The Road, pretty cool. He gets invincibility from the lasers on excavation site.

I skipped it by simply riding a mongoose up to the hole and driving in. The cutscene where the laser almost fries Chief didn't trigger.
Just did this on my cheap Laso run, took many tries; but it's worth it.

I was able to get too the room from FOB Charlie in free roam after finishing the game. I'm trying to clip into the room directly as the door is locked. The button to start the mission is still there and appears on the scanner so I wonder if the mission would start or not when pressed.
Hey I'm having a hard time getting through the door. Is there anything that I can do that can help? Or do I just slam my head until it pops me through?
So, is there a reliable way to do this clipping method? I've seen various clips of people doing it. Is it as simple as it looks or is there a little bit of RNG to it? You're basically grapple hooking and then punching, right?
Basically using the shield to push you down, if the shield gets destroyed, leave the area or kill yourself.
It's pretty free, it's possible anyplace you csn crouch under that's slanted. Think super bounce charge spots in halo 2.

@@Harctwo damn I beat it legitimately without any exploits the first time on legendary and didn't get any achievements so I did it with this to beat the game twice still no achievements. What in the fuck
@@patrickstar4132 I got no achievements either on laso and I skipped nothing. So I did the whole thing again... This time I did got the achievements.. pretty strange
