It was while studying and it doesn't guarantee a job, but it does increase your chances! I've just filmed a video all about the application process and how I got the job offer after, so if you want more info watch out for that in the next week or so :)

It was a pretty standard internship pay rate, I can't remember exactly but internships usually pay around £18-20k as a yearly salary in my experience!
