- Here’s a video of Tropic Playa in Playa Del Carmen Mexico. We booked through Airbnb and couldn’t believe the value!! This place is immaculate!! The property manager (Eli) was very professional, welcoming, friendly and just a message away.
Building and grounds were:
Clean.
Well decorated.
Well maintained.
AC was excellent.
Big TV with Netflix.
Super Fast Wifi, I tested it at 88/94 mbps on 5 GHz.
Super comfortable beds.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Complimentary washer and drier.
Gym on property.
Roof top pool was super clean.
Very secure property.

5th avenue is where night live take place.
Hello 👋 thank you for sharing. This could be an option for my husband and I. But what about the night life how far would you say it was from everything.
It’s about a 10 minute walk to 5th Avenue. Depends how far you want to go down 5th as it is very long. Cab rides back to the Airbnb we’re about 40-50 pesos ($2-3 US) at the most when we didn’t want to walk. Hope this helps!
