Hi friends - Normally I film the video from Bangla Road on Saturdays, but this time I choose to do I Friday. That is because the weather is a little unstable at the moment and I did not want to risk filming Saturday, because the weather report said 54 percent chance of rain. So for future videos, it will depend on the weather.

It's coming back to life, the Bangla Road was always heaving with people as was the Tiger Bar but it's getting there again. Great video and great to see everyone enjoying themselves. I'm out of miserable cold England this time next year and over there.

This is fun to see, and to watch the changes as Phuket continues to open up since the lockdown. One thing, you always seem skip the Bullet Hole on Soi Seadragon, immediately sweeping to the right (well, except maybe once or twice). Cool guy I met there that I think might be the owner, great conversation about motorcycles and hot rods while drinking beer and playing Jenga. Oh well.

I am following your channel a good while now, as your route follows pretty much exactly the one I had every Friday and Saturday while living on Phuket a few years back; the best time of my life and your tour brings back nice memories.
You also have become a lot more steady with your camera and are turning it now more slowly, getting less picture shake, so I guess these walks are also a nice tool to help developing your camera work (I found your Phi Phi visit actually quite impressive from an artistic point). Keep up the good work!

Thanks a lot man ;) I have been to all 3 places a lot and I choose to live in Phuket, it will always be my favorite. People are so nice and friendly and in a good holiday mood, plus the Island is so beautiful! Of the 3, Phuket is much more "back to normal" then the others. But all 3 are great!

I visited this place by accident, lol. I thought that I was going to a quiet beach town to relax. When I arrived, I had a hilarious reaction to discovering that it's a mini-Bangkok. My place was literally about a block from here because I was looking for a place near the beach 😂. Well, the place is a regular tourist destination during the day, beach, restaurants, shopping, but at night is when the partying starts. It makes for a wonderful travel story. But otherwise, the place is safe and nice for both tourist destination and night life. Walking along the beach offers the most options for restaurants and shopping. There is a big mall.
However, I ended my trip with pnumonea. Not sure if it was from not knowing how to set the a/c or an environment factor. My vaccination didn't protect me from it.
