South Korea's production capacity for artillery systems, artillery shells and tanks is enormous. These are all modern capable systems. Putin has really shot himself in the foot again.
The decision to expand the front by opening up the attack vector in the direction of Kharkiv achieved zero territorial gains, resulted in the loss of more than 10k Russian soldiers and caused the US to shift its policy to allow Ukraine to strike into Russian territory.
The decision to actively seek out weaponry and ammo from North Korea is making South Korea alter its neutrality policy. As a result, Ukraine will benefit immensely from Putin's political blunders.

South Korea can supply Ukraine with a substantial increase of artillery shells and Russian losses can easily be bumped up to more than 2000 Russians per day and 300-400 pieces of military equipment per day.
Given the fact that Russia is struggling to recruit men and its production capacity for new tanks, apcs, artillery, etc. is anemic, this will speed up the end of the war and Ukraine's total victory over Russia.

I’m not so sure. The dollar’s might as the global reserve currency is crumbling. Fuel prices in Europe are sky high. BRiCS nations are turning their backs on the US dollar. While the US sends billions to Ukraine as a form of money laundering, their own citizens are subjected to mass unemployment, homelessness, and in constant threat from an open border. Currently Ukraine is starved of fighting age soldiers. That and the citizens that have left Ukraine have left it a shell of a country. However, their football team is doing well in the euros.

Simple as this - Ukraine - to say OK ceasefire agreed too : providing the following
1) All the land taken by Russia in the last 2 years be given back to Ukraine
2) The land of Crimea to be returned to the Ukranian people ( all of it)
3) All the damages Russia inflicted the last 2 years to be paid for by Russia,
and it's $ 300 billion held in foreign banks to be used for this, and to be frozen
in the meantime, and the interest it now earns, to be given to Ukraine to defend
itself, in the form of military supply, and also food etc.
4) After the ceasefire, Ukraine to be allowed to join NATO, and there shall a
safety zone between the 2 countries borders, and that land for this zone to
come from both Russia and Ukraine equally.
5 ) There shall be no negotiation or compromises on any of the above conditions.

I am sure about one thing. Shells made in South Korea are well made and reliable. Most of those made in North Korea are worse than useless. So the more shells from NK that Putin uses, the more of his artillery and personnel will get blown up. He is right to be worried.

SK manufacturing is more robust, supposedly. EU and US have been scaling back their military production since 1989, but SK hasn't let up much.
