    Muchas Gracias..!!!!

    Solution to your HVAC manuals controls:
    01 - Put another model panel control, try to adapt one a bit more slim. Like the Mitsubishi Sport 2022 HVAC panel control or any other Mitsubishi model.
    I guess this model will fit and works perfectly.
    02 - If this not fit well, just change the original gear stick.
    Please, don’t forget to tell us if this solution works.

    how do i put the theme of my pajero full truck, just like the image you sold me????

    • @orthopoduae
      @orthopoduae  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m assuming what you meant to say is, “How do I change the default Image to a custom image of my truck, just like you showed me”?
      To change your home screen image, you’ll have to access the file manager using the menu, find the current image and replace it with another image of your choice, but keeping its file name, file type and resolution size the same.
      Here is a few links to videos where it’s done for other units. But the operating system is absolutely the same so should work for your unit too.

    So which protocol setting are you using to enable the working instant fuel readings?

    • @orthopoduae
      @orthopoduae  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Unfortunately many of the utilities included in the original system ( the top panel of the pajero) like fuel economy, temprature etc. are lost.
      But this being an android system, I’m not sure if any app can be installed to access all that data, since it is connected to the cars computer.

  • @hashbrownentertainments

    Hey mate, how did you hook up stock Rockford amp ? I’ve got the same and stock amp doesn’t work hence no sound. But it work with RCA. any tips ?

    • @orthopoduae
      @orthopoduae  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      When the unit in the car is replaced, its just the head unit which is replaced, ie the pre amp section. The main amp, is tucked in somewhere inside the dash board.
      The tesla screen unit comes with a harness which hooks up to the existing wires leading to the amp.
      When you say it works with RCA, do you mean to say that you are connecting the head unit to an external amp ?

      @@hashbrownentertainments
      I saw this video, i heard what he was trying to say, but I'm not sure if the unit is not turning on the amp, because if the main amp is not turned on, no sound should come out, This unit will have only a pre amp and wont have enough power to drive 12+ speakers in a Pajero, so if you are getting a sound output that means your amp is on. Unfortunately there are no separate controls for the sub woofer and individual controls for each separate channel, and the fader/balance controls are also rudimentary

      @@hashbrownentertainments the key is getting the correct harness adaptor for 1 thing
      Second is triggering this, I don't know about the unit being shown, it might come with the trigger wire seperate or intergrated through the correct patch cable..🤷‍♂️
      Another way is to find the amp trigger (amp side) and run a relay trigger off a live feed from the headunit, or even manually start the amp (worst case scenario)
      My friend has an NT and had a battery drain, amp wasn't turning off, the relay fixed that.
      He told me
      AERPRO CHMB4C STEERING WHEEL CONTROL + PATCH LEAD FOR MITSUBISHI PAJERO 2006-14 is needed to turn on amp (but for some reason didn't turn it off - hence his relay)

    So your original headunit was a GPS Rockford system ??

    • @orthopoduae
      @orthopoduae  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No the Rockford dint have a GPS. The Tesla unit does. so it has a GPS antena which is routed through the side of the dash board centre speaker and then stuck on the dash, close to the windscreen.

      @@orthopoduae ok .. but original had an amp ?

    • @orthopoduae
      @orthopoduae  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@kiwiaus
      I'm almost certain of this.
      This unit as well as the original Rockford unit with the CD changer, are too small to have an amp big enough to drive the 12+ speakers and the sub woofer.
      They most likely just have just the pre amp section. The Amp has to be tucked away somewhere else.

    • @orthopoduae
      @orthopoduae  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Some in the Pajero Forum have said that the AMP is behind the Sub Woofer.

Half way to my workplace the GPS is still not functional. Radio receiption sucks. Split screen is just a theory, in practice it is a disappointment. Do. Not. Ever. Buy it! I am not advertising this product, nor am I a vendor, just a Do It yourself person trying to modify something.
      I've had it now for over nearly 3 years. It's ok for the money I paid, the only features I use everyday are the GPS and the radio. Both of which work fine.
