Nice shave Ken💈💈 Proraso perfection... seriously, I purposely shave with "simple", "throwback" or "old school" products at least four times a month. Keeps me grounded and not lost in the artisan maze of things. This shave shows what can be done if one chooses to do so...you're right, this hobby / necessity is totally personal, nobody has any rights on your shave but you, and only you. Some people just don't get it... Great video and keep on fighting the good fight. Enjoy!
Hey nice shave Ken, love Proraso unfortunately it does not agree with my face. I am so glad you brought up essentially that every shaver has personal preferences weather it be volume of product, lathering time, certain habits that help them in a shave...whatever the case may be it is up to the individual. Isn't is funny there is always one Nob that will criticize something someone is doing instead of really just being open to others' preferences? Honestly I shave the way I wanna shave and what works for me...may not work for others, it may...may not be others preferences....As Chris at Another Cut Above said "at the end of the day, its shaving" something along those lines. Looks as though you get along well with that razor and blade combo awesome. I have always enjoyed watching your videos in the last year because I learn different things from different shavers and from you I learned 10 second rule...and a bunch of other things I cannot think of right now but I consider you and others my predecessors in this way of shaving. I appreciate the kind words, but I'm just a currently fat guy who loves wet shaving and have too much gear. LOL Happy was able to fulfill your request even though I waited a bit. So, my apologies for the delay. I might try Personna Reds next in it because I have good results with them, too.
What's with the feud between wet-tubers and reddit users? Not a good look to smear entire communities just because one clown cares about how much soap you use

No, you're good, sir. To your original point, there's a perception whether deserved or not, that more trolls tend to reside in the Reddit forums. I know not everyone there is bad because I have many wet shaving friends who also use Reddit. Was my comment a bit heavy handed? Sure. I guess I was leaning more on the troll level there versus Facebook. Probably not my best form. LOL It's all good. :)

I'm a big fan of Proraso pre-shave but it does interfere with the scent of other soaps. It's great for hot weather.
