上大屯山可以走山脊腰繞上山，不用走階梯。

在低海拔山區爬山,跑步,騎自行車,建議最好戴副眼鏡(太陽眼鏡或無色護目鏡),因為小蟲子飛進眼睛很痛苦
特別是毛毛眼掉進眼睛,牠身上的幾百支鋼毛插在眼睛上,會很痛,而且很難處理.
戴帽子,但,頭不要經常抬頭往上看也可以
