    The only new augments shown dropping from the new Trial Boss, in the Crimson Realm, were the Triyal augments: Guaro Triyal, Spiro Triyal and Wardro Triyal were shown. It is safe to assume that Staro Triyal and Deftro Triyal will also be dropping. The Triyal augments will all have a negative. That means the best ones to use will be either Wardro Triyal or Staro Triyal. Guaro Triyal will cause you to take more damage as a percentage, Spiro Triyal will reduce your maximum amount of PP and Deftro Triyal will lower your potency floor. My best guess is that all of the Triyal augments will be either 3.5% or 4.0% All Potency. They will have either an 8% augmentation success rate or 7% augmentation success rate.

      @@Spikesxu Not at all. I just watched the last NGS Headline. The 3 Triyal augments were shown dropping, along with Foundia, from the Crimson Realm Boss. They all have "ro" in the name. The last augments that had that in the name were from Geolab, and they all have a negative. They were the "Tria" augments. So it is only logical to conclude that the new Triyal augments will also have a negative. The negative should be similar, in nature, to the Geolab augments. It is mere speculation, on my part, that they will be all potency at 3.5% or 4.0%. Any more or less is highly unlikely. The lowest chance of success we currently have is 7%. I don't realistically see them being lower. I also don't see them being higher than 8%. The only augments with more than 8% are the LC augments. Also, datamining isn't even possible anymore. Sega made sure of that, immediately after they cracked down on sharing datamined information. As a result, the actual data for the Triyal augments won't be in the game files until the 02/20/2024 maintenance ends.

      We've also seen the Exdi Support scratch 3 times already. So I think it'd be surprising if we see it a 4th time. If we see it a 4th time, that can comfortably let us know that we have at least another month & half-two months before we get new AC Exdi-Type Augs.
      But yea, I'm with you in thinking that we'll likely see the new ones pop up. Maybe at the beginning of next month.

    I think crimison realm will be catch up augments like trinitas ones with maybe 3.5% potency but negative substats. However, I do agree it is not a good time to upgrade for most players, unless you are either using Argenti or Verschmelz with low fixas and/or LC augments.
    I think it will be a good time to upgrade near April, when we have new standing quest (likely new dark falz), especially when the hard version has a death limit again. Before that, we might receive purple armor with more potency but negative defensive stats.
    It is also true for units. If you are using budget builds, upgrading to a new unit might not be as good as snagging last gen BiS units from player shops. I've seen fixa 5 orgsys octo arga, with lux halphinale and deft parfait on it for 7M. It might sound like a lot, but upgrading one piece of unit itself might cost somewhere around 2M, and a dual stats deft exdi already cost like 8M, so I'd rather grab that unit from player market instead.

      I think purpke is never coming at all. 8 stars skipped them and it looks like theyre going to standardize potency across a rarity moving forward

    • @Spikesxu
      @Spikesxu  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hello and thank you for your input!
      I think people really need to get this "purple armor" metric out of their heads. I've been telling people since September to stop waiting for Purple Armors, because it's very clear that the way SEGA has been approaching the game, has changed. If you keep "waiting", you can never enjoy the "now", in regards to people who have been waiting for Purples since Octos first came out. Not only with the unit release metric, but with the potency metric. They have toned down & worked in closer ranges (think how we started to see increments such as 3.25%, 3.75%, etc), understanding that the values are multiplicative so they can't just keep boosting the potency range wildly. That being said, there is currently no Kvaris Battledia High Rank, so it's a possibility. Though it would not surprise me if we have far & moved on from the "purple armor" system.
      This in the same way that some people were waiting for augments that followed a previous series, such as a Gigas V, but instead we've gotten unique augments like Gigas Maste, which could easily be seen as an evolution to a new system, and that there will never be a Gigas V, but in fact Gigas Maste was that Gigas V.
      The big thing is that people need to be cautious when upgrading right now. There's no reason to drop a bunch of meseta on any of the really high-end augs except for Lux Halphinale. As there's zero question that Lux Halphinale will be around for a very long time.
      In regards to buying a 7mil unit, if an individual's someone who's in the market of trying to upgrade but does not have the funds to upgrade to an effective high-end build (or just want to be smart about ones meseta), it would be better advised to take full advantage of LC Augs where you can. Paired with the easily accessible Einea armors with use of the free Add Preset Skill items we now get weekly. Especially considering the Fixa reworks at Level 1 that we received (you can find this information in a previous video released last week if you're interested). This, also paired with the Reyaar 10* weapons, as they can be easily obtained.
      The Einea's and Reyaars are too accessible to not take advantage of them. Someone who does not have meseta would be better pressed to spend the money upgrading those units and then capitalizing on the spare meseta by opting to not use some of the lower-end LC augs (under 3.0%) & instead using some of the cheaper 3.0% augs like tripble II, or a stat iv.
      I would only recommend someone buy a high end Octo with a high fixa if it were around the range of 1mil or less. This, because the fixa is irrelevant on Octo. As you can easily buy a Fixa 5 Orgsys now for likely around 50k & just transfer the fixa over. And while the said pre-built Octo may have Lux Halph & Exdi on it, the jump up of a full potency that Einea took from Octo, is a huge jump across the board. This being paired with the fact that Exdi will likely be replaced with a new Exdi version very soon, or if it's not, another AC scratch will follow that will heavily crash the price. Which will make the money spent on this unit a really bad investment & very quickly. That 7mil could be much better used to future-proof oneself. Especially when the drop rates on Einea & Reyaar have so drastically improved from past rates on new units/weapons.
      It's been very interesting to watch how the gaming landscape has changed within the game and I'm surely excited to see how it continues to do so!

    It's been a month off for me, so yes. Compared to my Argenti Series, I can see the DPS difference dramatically with just LCs.
    But do stock up on proper Min Max Augs (or profit on it). LCs are for the average build.

    • @Spikesxu
      @Spikesxu  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Correct! Maximize on the LCs where you can. The big thing here is to be smart about your building right now & to avoid augs like Exdi that are entirely way too overpriced at the moment. Lux Halphinale is the only really safe augment. Eineas & Reyaars are essentially free and a huge step up from Argenti & the Efistant units. So this is a recommended upgrade, but one that should be taken with care when purchasing augments. Maximize on the LCs where you can, with safe options like Lux Halphinale where you can as well. As I also mentioned in a previous response, options such as Tripble II or a Stat IV can be potentially used for the lesser LC's that fall under 3.0%.
      Big thing is just be smart about upgrading right now!

    Honestly with the way gearing is going I wouldn't be surprise if ppl don't ugrade till 11* comes out cause the cycle for upgrading weapons is pretty bad.

    • @Spikesxu
      @Spikesxu  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello, thank you for taking the time out to give some input!
      10*s are an absolute win to upgrade! Also they are very accessible and because of that accessibility, the game provides horizontal gameplay elements that allow you to mixup your playstyle for situational values. The big thing here is to be cautious about which augments you're upgrading, and to capitalize on LC Augs where you can, while mixing in better augs.
      There's not much reason realistically to wait for 11* weapons in specific, especially when 10*s are so readily accessible. I've mentioned what I"m about to say before in regards to people who have been waiting for "Purple Armors" since Octos have been released. Which in regards to Purple Armors, it would not be surprising if we are far & gone from the "Purple Armor" system. --- If you keep waiting for things, you'll never be able to enjoy the now. And if you can't enjoy the now, then you're only setting yourself up for a hard time & dissatisfaction.
      I hope this response helps!

    Lol. Just losing all around. I hear you. No rush to rush in with all of your hard earned/farmed/purchased augments at this point.

    • @Spikesxu
      @Spikesxu  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Correct. Don't toss around hard earned meseta. It's ok to gear up right now but be smart about the augments you place on it.
      For instance, opt for a lower level aug like a Stat IV, or get your time's worth of LC Augs that you have backed up. Pretty much, avoid the hell out of Exdi's right now. Do NOT pay 12M for a Exdi. The only real "safe" augment is Lux Halphinale. That aug is not going anywhere until at least June or July at the earliest. Once Crimson Realm PSE Zones come out on the 21st, we can move more comfortably.

    Ive already sold all of my Flugels and gone back to my Tisah. Its good enoough. Im bank rolling until new stuff.
    8mil for an exdi is where players starve. Now they're 12 mil lmao.
    Its a shame you cant have something like legendary minerals or something like that to upgrade unique potentials of older weapons to keep them viable
    Now its just heres the new weapon, use it its best.
    And the boring cycle continues. No need for theory crafting, and no need to come up with interesting builds. Here's Flu, heres Reyaar. Heres Reygard lol
    Just bring your dumptruck full of meseta and drop it off right here in front of the market please.

    • @Spikesxu
      @Spikesxu  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Howdy!
      While I wouldn't necessarily recommend anyone selling their Flugel and going back to Tisah, this is an option if your Tisah was already geared and you can now afford a cheap High-Level Fixa to transfer over to it. Otherwise, it's going to be all around better to just stick with the 10*. Whether it be Flugel or Reyaar. They're better weapons all around and are a better investment, even if budgeting. Like I said, this unless your Tisah was already top-augmented and you were able to grab a high fixa off of the personal shop for cheap & transfer it over. If pairing two blank weapons together, or a low-invested Tisah, upgrade the 10* & take advantage of mixing LC augs into your build.
      In regards to the legendary mineral type deal, this is something that of course has been commonly seen in many different types of games, and is a great system! However, the reason why this system wouldn't really exist within PSO2 NGS, is because PSO2 NGS is very much a vertical MMO. And a fast-moving vertical MMO at that. Though we have started to see glimpses of Horizontal Gameplay being implemented here recently.
      Because NGS is a vertical MMO and with the nature of the game, it makes more sense to follow the current format. Vertical formats also are more simplistic (lower bar of entry), as Horizontal gameplay, can make some people feel overwhelmed.
      That being said, with us seeing some Horizontal aspects implemented into the game here as of recent, there's always that possibility that something like legendary materials could happen. Though I wouldn't hold my breath, as it doesn't make a whole lot of sense for them with the intended pace of the game.
