I love the long driveway. At first look, I thought the kitchen was too small. Its actually a good size just too white. I would like to see built in book shelves on each side of the fireplace. I absolutely love, love, love, love the master bedroom, bathroom, and closet (to die for) on main level. All the bedrooms are spacious and two generous laundry rooms are a plus.
Back in the day, they put electrical outlets in the baseboard. Then they got fancy and raised the outlets 18" off the floor. Then they got even more fancy and put them back into the baseboards.
Loved this video! This home is spectacular in every way. The room sizes are spacious, the black/white detail is beautiful (classy). Oh the possibilities for the basement.
This home is beautiful and the basement is a blank slate to finish the way you want it, from a home gym, movie theater, and game room!🥰 I cannot wait to get another home for me and my two children, after losing ours because of the pandemic it's going to be a blessing to have our own home again. Having to start over is NOT going to stop me from reaching my goal of home ownership. So many people are still being evicted but please do not give up. Praying for all of us.🙏🏼😌 Hopefully my handmade handbags will sell to help save up for 🏡 while starting a new job.

Teisha, the cost to finish the basement would be dependent on how to choose to finish it. Therefore, that would be a good question for a contractor.
In a house like that, probably 150,000 and up.
Nice Home. But 1.5 is high. You would still have to Finish the basement and do a pool and patio in the backyard.
