With 16MOhm this "low quality" Relais is damaged, there would be only a current flow of 14µA ...basically nothing. So the Relais would never switch from the start-capacitor to the run-capacitor. Possibly the power is bigger if the start capacitor is used?

Maybe those that don't work with these relays don't know that. Anyone who works few years in refrigeration business knows that.
