I must say I have seen a lot of cooking videos but never one that has the whole family involved like you do. My family had a restaurant for 33 years, in a news paper interview my mothers quote was captured “ A family that works together stays together.” So true in work and cooking. Thanks for the videos.
We also do the ground beef & potato skillet recipe, but we make it the way my mom did growing up! She would use 2 boxes of cheesy scalloped potatoes and combined it all in a casserole dish, topped with cheese and then baked. It was always one of my favorites! :)

My suggestion for you the next time you make chili is to add a tablespoon of your favorite barbeque sauce to everything you usually put in there. It adds a hint of sweet and smoky. So good!

Mandy I have been looking for years but in the last about 20 years I have been eating more healthy and I discovered that if I add about 1/4 ground beef no matter the count of the beef it adds a really good flavor to no matter what you are preparing and alot less guilt just a suggestion love your channel

You guys need your own cooking show. So entertaining. Tried your chicken enchilada casserole. Was delicious even for my 11 year old picky son. Next day we used the leftovers on Navajo tacos and that was a game changer. So delicious.

I use turkey and chicken in my chili. we even use deer! deer probably makes the best chili around because it is so lean. I think with the first recipe I am going to dice my potatoes instead of slicing them. it kinda reminds me of scalloped potatoes with the sliced and with the diced, it is more like a hash! xoxo
