The AA position is chill with zero stress, But your upside is limited which kinda defeats the whole point of becoming a realtor imo. Chances are you won’t make as much as the acquisition or lead agent position. I’d only take it as a side hustle.
The person who offered it to me said she had to check on a few things before we come up with a start date; mainly because I still have a pending transaction and she believes we can not have anything pending. Which I don’t think should be an issue. We are supposed to speak again tomorrow
