Fantastic rifle. Bought one in. 22 Cal after it won air rifle of the year. Still have it and the only issue I've had with it is a sticking sear on the trigger mechanism. Superbly accurate and have despatched many vermin quickly and cleanly. Thank you for sharing.
Ah the good old days when BSA still made springers, I have one of these in .177 a carbine, a .22 mk two and three mk one .25's, like yours they all shoot great. These guns seem all but forgotten about such a shame, I have a notion that had BSA invested money in a better trigger for this gun they would have dominated the FT scene back in the day. I remember Venom did a tune job on them back then that was reputed to take them to another level never shot one so I can't say but I wish I had, I did shoot a Theoben one in .25 very smooth cocking and shooting.Just wanted to say it is good to see someone still shooting and appreciating them
That's a nice old rifle. It's nice to see you having fun. The other guys seem to object to your typo. I think we all know it's a .177. Good for you! R, Steve
Close the underlever before you open the breach after charging got one in .22 for new in 1991 the webley eclipse has a soft alimunium block and a long transfer port ,looks like a mk1 with the barrel length so what moderator is on it,the mk2 has one on but has a shorter barrel?
One of the finest underlevers that I own, it’s won the Scarborough springer competition in 2018/19 and gave an average score of 90. I have the Gold star too but have some niggling issues with that one. P.s, fit a gas ram, it’s a recognised upgrade for this gun and does make a difference.
Believe it or not there are many young men who genuinely have no idea of the difference between imperial and metric measurements. Some of them struggle to read a tape measure.

I totally agree with u man I love mine I would like it in 22. But that's personal preference thank you for the comment hope your enjoying the show 👍
where you got the gas ram kit for the mk2
1.77 eh? That's one hell of a big pellet. Rifle must be heavy too with a bore over one and three quarter inches in diameter.
Believe it or not there are many young men who genuinely have no idea of the difference between imperial and metric measurements. Some of them struggle to read a tape measure.
Put the target on a card bore box! You,l see the hits much better!
Big bulky under lever, had one once never again.
Fair play hope your enjoying the show
Oisin should pay Ratso
1.77 inch is huge! Kill an elephant with that lol!😂
They can be de-cocked.
.177 calibre not 1.77
Bernk
Bloody hell that's a big caliber for an air rifle, never seen a 1.77 before, most are either .177 or .22.
