    I love your positive attitude about a smaller home. We've lived in a smaller home and now a bigger home and there are things I miss about the smaller home. Shalom, I am blessed to find your channel. Blessings to you.

    This is so neat! Thank you for showing us your apartment! My mother has never owned a home and prefers renting since she doesn’t have to always fix everything that breaks. Owning my own home now I completely understand that! I feel like something is always in need of repair. We’ve been in our home for 7 years and we’ve replaced a bathtub, 2 sinks, a hot water heater, furnace, the garage door fell off the tracks. It can be such a headache but I also appreciate that we have a home and each other 🙂 sometimes it’s easy to complain and not realize how blessed we are.

    I love home tours. Im in Sydney Australia and we live in an old Art Deco flat near the beach and its much the same size as yours. Our flat has a small 'sunroom' and our son sleeps there. Its more an alcove but it has a door and a big window. You could use the storage room as a bedroom. I have 6 children..all adults now and we always managed to have a happy home (stress too). Just a thought. I love older flats, they have character and bigger rooms but sadly no internal laundry and 49 walk up stairs. I love my flat and we have been renting this flat for 23 years. Great landlord BH. Israel is in our prayer every day.

    What a lovely tour of your a home. You are amazing when it comes to organization. You make it possible for five people to have a HOME in modern Israel. in 85 square meters. I hope you get more soon. I know you will use it well. And I'll look forward to a video of you organizing and executing the move.

    I love your apartment! Its very cozy and family friendly. One idea is maybe consider using just the dining room table for everyday and taking out the kitchen table. Maybe get a rolling storage cabinet. Then you would have extra storage, extra counter top for food prep and maybe room for your stand mixer. Just a thought. Love the channel. Thanks for sharing.

    How much do you pay? And for a smaller one?

    • @tamarmeisels4637
      @tamarmeisels4637  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      We pay $1100, prices vary based on how many bedrooms and size but also based on how new/renovated the apartment is, if elevator/parking/safe room are included... The absolute cheapest you can find close to TEL Aviv is $950 IMHO. Prices don't get cheaper than that 😊

    Não deixe o seu Filho dormir no primeiro andar da cama. As crianças podem cair . A cama é alta e a criança pode ficar gravemente ferida se cair. As crianças as vezes têm sonos agitados, podem levantar-se durante a noite. É muito perigoso

    Why don’t you use the table as more counter space and just eat in the front room at that table?

    • @tamarmeisels4637
      @tamarmeisels4637  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We do use the dining room table when we have guests, but it's more convenient to eat in the kitchen 😉💕 well probably start eating there more though 😊

    I have so much respect for the tenacity and resilience of the people of Israel. To have the positive attitude that you have, while in the midst of the war that you never asked for speaks volumes. May Hashem continue to bless and protect your family, and your people. 🇮🇱🙏🏼🇮🇱

      😂 what proof…. If israel wanted to kill off all of the Palestinians they’d be long gone. Israel has complete air sea and land superiority to Gaza, and could annihilate them completely in 24 hours if they chose to. Israel doesn’t choose to, and so they have taken every possible measure not to kill civilians. I believe the casualties are about 2-1 2 being civilian deaths and 1 being militant terrorist deaths. With less than 50,000 deaths for over 2 million people, this is pretty targeted war behavior. War isn’t pretty, but get your head out of your asshole and maybe do some actual research instead of parroting your nonsense from Twitter
