LOUD 'N' PROUD we had a stock second gen that made that same “turbo whistle” noise. Turns out where we welded the exhaust together behind the turbo there was a small leak. Fixed the leak and the noise was gone.
Maybe an idea for the light bar if you haven’t already had this passed by you. Maybe mount the light bar on the headache rack make some custom mounts on the rack and leave some extra wires so you can flip it around if you need some light doing other things. Good video

You got an exgaust leak man look at like 6:40when he opens the hood and revs it you have allot of smoke come out of your engine bay behind your turbos not suppose to do that
Others have said it but the crazy loud whistle is most likely from the exhaust leak, as well as that ticking you are hearing. I doubt it the manifold is leaking. I would guess its either a boot or and v band clamp.
Since your getting the transmission built! Video the tach and speedo and full throttle it to like 80 or something. I wanna see how my little ole build stacks up to those compounds. Yours is automatic and mine is manual. I don't bang gears. I just shift it a little faster than normal.

According to some state laws, a turbo counts as a muffler. Idaho is one according to the sheriff that pulled me over and explained that technically my muffler I had wasn't necessary. My experience turbos do make it quieter out the back, the science I don't understand.
Your truck sounds quieter at idle because the turbos have a muffling effect. It’s like a turbine core silencer on a bike lol. Now you’ve got two turbos so more muffling. How about twin turbos on the first gen?

Every time I see that Outro I wish for a 7.3 video😢. I’m no mechanic but just from watching the Powerstroke help TH-cam channel he said that a common big oil leak spot is out the oil cooler. Not sure if that’s where your truck is leaking at but I watched that video and thought of ole whitey!
I've always been a Ford guy (and still am) but I've never really been a fan of dodges and Chevys were my number 2 choice. But you've changed that. Dodge is now my number 2 and is far in front of Chevys. But Ford is still my number 1 choice no question
Take the manual out of the dully and put her in nasty red all it would need is a 200 dollar heavy duty clutch vs the cost of bulding a auto to handle the power

That whistle ur hearing is part of ur leak that's not all turbo ur hearing. It's either a intercooler boot leaking or exhaust leak

thats the nicest interior I have seen in a long time in one of those trucks and that steering wheel is like new

I live in Indiana too. When have 2 second gens, a 3rd gen, and a 4th gen
did you have to put a boost adjuster in the waste gate line so it builds more than stock boost with the stock waste gate on there.

Yeah turbos act like mufflers pretty much lol the more turbos you add the more quiet it will be. It's weird but that's how it goes!

Sometimes lift pump makes a ticking noise once it wears out. Push the plunger a few times while its running noise should go away and come back.
With the bigger tires you are going faster than the speedometer reads
