The best machine ever ..I've waited 30 years for the very Dish washer. I purchased this washer because of the presentation the music and obviously the way it really sparkles the glassware and dishes. Thank you so much... I'd love to see the dishes being washed in a glass panel. I'm purchasing one for my elderly mom.
Great LG brand great LG dishwasher with great features and great technology, but how can you miss small memory function in these products. How terrible if wash cycle completes 3 hours 20 minutes and if power goes out in middle after power comes it starts again from the beginning, it mean again 3 hours 30 minutes instead of completing that last 10 minutes. 10 years old dishwashers and washing machines have this memory function in other brands and its 2021 still LG is unbale to provide this feature in their dishwashers?
We live in a country with terrible power supply issues. Our private provider has generators that turn on and off atleast 15 times every day, so this lack of memory feature is a big issue for us 😭
BUYER BEWARE -- After 1.5 year, Dishwasher control panel fails and you WILL have a $800 rock. It WILL start bugging out, goes blank, and does not finishing washing cycle. Or sometimes the lights just go on a fritz before it dies for the day. I saw many reviews stating the same issue. LG is clever though!! LG says their warranty is only 1 year -- so because I'm over by 4 months, they will not pay for labor on the warranty. My dishwasher was $800 and the labor to repair will be $650 because it's "outside the 1 year labor" by 4 months. I also had to call LG twice to even talk to anyone. The first time I called LG customer service, the LG rep FELL ASLEEP during the call. This is LG customer service experience that you can expect if you buy LG. I bet if I opened up this dishwasher, it will be cheaply-glued with poor parts inside. BUYER BEWARE !! $800 rock in your kitchen.
I am sorry but it is not. Something might be durable and not reliable. Like you have have let's say a very durable bike that happens to always be getting the chain out of the sprocket. It will be durable but not reliable. Different things
I am using LG dishwasher last 4 months, use full for my family. Only some kitchen burtan not clean like tea, milk, burtan, जळालेला भांड यात स्वच्छ होत नाही.

How does LG prevent scale buildup in its boiler that produces the true steam. Honeywell suffered from a class action lawsuit because of its "true steal" humidifier. Does Bosch empty the boiler before the cycle is over? We have a wall and am concerned about this feature. Next I do not like to have to turn on the faucet to warm the water before starting the dishwasher That is probably a deal killer for us. It does not heat the water.
Worst product. Dont buy this. In case of power outage this gets restart from start. Pathetic service. In country like India we see more power outage and with that cycle is never ending. Lg either fix this power cycle logic or simply stop selling this product in India.
Please don’t buy Dishwashers from Lg. Pathetic Service from LG! We have bought a dishwasher just one month ago and it’s clearly a defected piece with no drying and stinking. We have been trying everything from last one month with LG but it’s just pathetic and horrible and they don’t want to do anything. Instead no response from LG and the local service centre is even misbehaving and the engineer from LG has misbehaved with my family members and replying rudely. The dishwasher is defenced piece and it’s in warranty. Just been a month. When they want to sale, they will make all false promises but when it comes to service then they make customer feel as if he is a begger.
