HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE | COCOA | EASY RECIPE

VERY EASY RECIPE OF CHOCOLATES THAT YOU CAN MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME WITH COCOA🍫
INGREDIENTS:
120g Butter
🍫 50g of unsweetened cocoa
🥛30g of powdered milk
50g of Sugar or to taste
Vanilla optional
🔹 Garnishes
PREPARATION
1️⃣Melt the butter in a bain-marie
2️⃣In a bowl, mix the powdered milk, sugar and cocoa
3️⃣On a sieve, incorporate this mixture into the melted butter little by little
4️⃣Add the vanilla
5️⃣Remove the bowl from the bain-marie as soon as the mixture is homogeneous
6️⃣Fill your molds with garnishes and then with this mixture
7 Keep the chocolates cool for 3 hours and then unmold
