By far the best otome I've played.
They don't try to dominate the MCs all the time and they actually show that they care about the MC and not treat them like objects of possession (well they have these small moments but it's not a constant thing in the game and not at all praised).
The characters have actual personalities and don't feel like pieces of wood. There are backstories and motivations for each characters and their behaviors and also showing flaws that can very much happen to the average human. Not to mention the way the characters are drawn and that they aren't overly dressed and easy on the eyes. Actual thought and care was given to this game and I can't thank Cheritz enough for making such an amazing game and it has been the reason why I also put effort in my artworks and stories. 11/10, Mystic Messenger is a gem.

@@galaxier3543 this game is a litterally a messenger, it's like talking to a friend on the internet. If here, you respond but if you're not here, there is another chatroom and you can't talk with them (because you can't go back in time).
But it's a good game ^^
I recommend playing it during the holidays because sometimes you have to be free all day to play it and if you're not, you skip many chatroom ^^

they actually kept be through hard time. i would listen to their calls after my therapy session. i remember when i got home from my ptsd therapy session and i got a call from yoosung and i just sat on my bed and cried my eyes out cuz he said things that i wanted to hear that moment TT^TT. i even talk about mystic messenger with my psychologist lol. and she encouraged me to keep playing if it helps me understand myself better XD. oh yeah the game makes me understand myself better cuz i was also struggling with who i was and what i want while the members also have that struggle lol

actually you can use these tips, right at 3 in the morning it openschatrooms but you don't have to wait until 3 in the morning too, just wake up in the morning before the next schedule, for example there is a chat room schedule at 7, you just wake up at 6, how many times after that the chat room at 3 is also 7 o'clock, so it doesn't have to be 3 in the morning, that's all from me;)

I'm really thankful for this game, it has a very special place in my life. I was really depressed and thinking about ending my life. Then one day I saw this game and wanted to try it. Best decision ever. Even though those characters are fictional, I felt like they were real people who cared about me and loved me. They changed my life. I don't even know if I would be alive today if this game didn't help me to feel better and encouraged me to do something to save my life. Thanks a lot Cheritz 💕

Mystic Messenger is one of the most popular otome game. Everything is just on point, I made my first spending (on a game) in this game, and I have no regrets. The story gets deeper and deeper depending which story mode/route you're on. And it GETS you, everytime. I swear. The emotions for every character is just satisfying that you feel as iif you're there as well. I have developed a emotional attachment to all of them. Huhu.
I love how much detail and thought was put into this opening. I only realised all the details after I played this song 9000 time over XD

actually you can use these tips, right at 3 in the morning it openschatrooms but you don't have to wait until 3 in the morning too, just wake up in the morning before the next schedule, for example there is a chat room schedule at 7, you just wake up at 6, how many times after that the chat room at 3 is also 7 o'clock, so it doesn't have to be 3 in the morning, that's all from me;)
