    Look at real drag cars, you'll never see flexible wheel bars. the fact that they are flexible gives them a spring effect which makes the rear axle bounce and causes the loss of traction. adjust the height of the whellies so that the front wheels remain slightly raised (around 10 mm) and your traction will be at its maximum believe me. I am a drag motorcycle driver and no:1 in Canada for 8 out of 10 years. I have more secrets about weight transfert just ask!! Good luck.

      @@Big_Neve you said the road was sticky n you weren't gonna step in it....I have a no prep car but never did any competition...your doing that on 2s?

      @@CainSample rubber is sticky when warm that is why they do burnouts to war the tires and some of the tire prep comes off and onto the surface

      @@CainSamplethe road gets sticky over time from the prep that transfers off of the tires. If you go to any big race there’s a super super sticky groove that all the cars create by running over and over. Yes 2s Lipo

    Awesome test runs! I'm just getting into NPRC and trying to gain as much knowledge as possible. Just purchased a Losi 22 Drag Truck and trying to find a club where I live.

    Killer video but where you're showing the difference between the cyruil tire and the voodoo loading ... the body is touching the ground before it even launches, might want to check different ride heights

    • @Big_Neve
      @Big_Neve  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey boss yes this is something that I caught onto after the the fact when I was rewatching some footage. For the cyrul tires we had to move the turn buckle for the floating mount inward for clearance and it lowered the body more than I thought. Didn’t realize what was happening thank you for catching it also!! Will have more testing in the tires soon

    I think somebody should invest in the use Of tennis court paint for the drag strip. because in scale reality you guys are driving across A Boulder field .that really changes the performance. if you're in Too scale Drag Racing nobody thinks about the surface. At a minimum it should probably be concrete but blacktop prepared with tennis court paint would probably be scale size for the gravel that's in asphalt on a drag strip.

    also the place where the whellies bar are attached under the car is of VERY great importance. To my surprise Terry Vance from Vance & Hines in motorcycle prostock class came to look where the bottom arms were attached to my bike because his team had noticed that my time in the ET Braket class was only varying by .002 sec in qualifying on 12 runs.
    Terry looked at me and said my engineers never thought of that and congratulated me. The week following the ATCO track he had done like me :):)
