Festival style Kadle Mittai making at home | ಜಾತ್ರೆಯ ಕಡ್ಲೆ ಮಿಠಾಯಿ | Kadle Mittai | Sakkare mitayi
Black channa candys were usually available during temple festivals. That was very special during our childhood days, eating such candys and enjoying. In today's video, presentation made about how to prepare black channa candys and stick shaped candys available with it. Ingredients required are Black channa and sugar, and a little milk. Ingredients for stick shaped candys are gram flour, sugar and cooking oil. and a little bit of milk. Identification of corect sugar syrup consistency is very important and one person needs to shake the pan while the other pours the syrup. With several coats of sugar syrup, such candys become ready.
Ingredients:
Black chenna 2 cups
Sugar 6cups
water 3 cups
milk 6-7sp
