So, let's roll up our sleeves and embark on this flavorful adventure together.Ingredients:1 kg chicken, cleaned and cut into pieces2 large onions, finely chopped3 tomatoes, finely chopped2 green chilies, slit lengthwise1-inch ginger, grated5-6 garlic cloves, minced1/2 cup yogurt (curd)2 tablespoons vegetable oilFresh coriander leaves for garnishFor the Marinade:1 teaspoon red chili powder1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon coriander powder1 teaspoon cumin powder1/2 teaspoon garam masala powderSalt to tasteInstructions:Marinate the Chicken:In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with all the ingredients listed under 'Marinade'. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the spices. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor.Prepare the Masala:Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or kadhai over medium heat.
