    Would you CONSIDER doing
    tungsten points for ·166 inch
    / 4·2 mm
shafts? (like Gold Tip Pierce / Black Eagle X-Impact / Victory VAP / range of Brands)
....... Since ·166" would have just a tiny length of internal shank , perhaps consider something like 140 grain with just a SINGLE 15 grain breakofff to 125 grain. ... Or 145 with breakofff to 130 grain. YES, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT 10 grains would be a ludicrously stubby & finicky amount (based on 4·2mm)!!! ( Hence why I suggested 15 grains as a ``market´´ acceptable compromise. )

Anthony , you could also consider making the ``head´´ a bulge head, to drastically reduce the number of sizes required !!!
What I mean by that is ..... instead of NEEDING a model sized to fit 5·15mm O.D. shafts, plus a sized model to fit 5·23mm O.D. shafts, plus a model sized to fit 5·31mm O.D. shafts, you might manufacture a single BULGE-HEAD model sized to fit all the various shafts from 5·15mm to 5·31mm.
The widest flare at the peak of its bulging shape might be say 5·44mm , and the rear of the head might be say 5·14mm WHERE the head "meets" the shank.

I have been approached by a few USA compound shooters to make a .166. I appreciate the information and the interest. If I where to make them they would be only in silver for the start.

@@shoreshotarchery In my belief, Silver is perfectly acceptable for a ·166 inch tungsten Arrow's Pile.
( that-is-to-say .... WHERE ELSE are customers going to go, to shop for tungsten in ·166 form factor? ) 😉

I strongly suspect that the bulk
of the price OF OTHER BRANDS is centred around their cost for TOOLING plus their cost of tungsten MATERIAL. I doubt that much of the end price they charge, comes about because of their cost for weight sorting.
Perhaps they should indeed put more effort into weight sorting QC , at very very little extra cost.
