I made it today ..plz don't add safron to biryani ...it's not blending well with the taste ...I just put the whole biryani in dust bin.... Chicken curry preperation was good ..don't forget to add salt ..

Hello from São Paulo Brasil. I just did this dish and came out perfectly. Thank you. I only missed the anise for the rice but nevertheless it did not affect the flavor in the end. Delicious biryani. It was full of flavor and very tasty.
@debasis bag Hello!! We do not have kasturi methi here in Brazil. Fenugreek is not easy to find. Is there a substitute for it? Anyway the biryani was delicious. It was really good. I am not sure about the rose water. Wouldn’t sweet it too much? Anyway thank you for your comments.

Such a beautiful recipe..☺️ In our country Bangladesh..we use a special kind of rice just for pulao/biriyani or tehari..They are called" "chinigura" or "kalijira" aromatic rice.. Ohh...how much i want the rest of the world to taste our Bangladeshi biriyani ...the aroma of that rice is enough to make people lightheaded..I am not even overstating...Basmati rice only looks good but if you guys want to take your biriyani "taste" to whole another level..I would suggest you to plz use that rice..you can easily find them in "Bangladeshi/ indian/halal" store or in amazon/ ebay..😁 Just try Bangladeshi style biriyani once with that aromatic rice... you are never gonna like any other biriyani more than that😍

most respected lady, your recipes have always artistic touches in it. if you do not mind, may i suggest: use yoghurt in marinade and skip tomaties, put marinated chicken single layer in the bottom of pan and 70% cooked rice over it and cook for 45 minutes with tightly cooked lid and you will get easier hyderabadi biryani. waiting for your comment on my suggestion. you are right my sister, i'm sorry i did not notice the yoghurt in your marinade. it means your marinated chicken is ready to make "kachche gosht ki hyderabadi biryani" as i suggested above. If somebody does not want to cook the chicken separately he may follow the easy and short steps to prepare it. Thank you for appreciating my suggestions, waiting for your next baryani video.
