Maybe they meant LED will around forever, let's put a summer list together,, on the skid steer, fix glo plugs, install heat, that would mean you have to enclose cab, yanmar, Joseph, they all.need list so much to do and no time to do it.
The individuals LEDs are in series. If one LED goes out, the whole string goes out. If you open up the fixture and short out one LED at a time you can find the bad one(s). Solder around the bad ones and it should be able to work again.
The water flow is the same on bottlenecks or on wider areas. However the water speed is inferior on wider areas and increases in bottlenecks. A rule in physics explain that non compressible fluids like water, for a steady flow : have their pressure lowered and their speed increased when the section of passage is reduced. They have their pressure increased and their speed reduced in a bigger section of passage. So i guess slower water flow ,in wider areas, will have more time to freeze, being in contact with more surface area, and have more heat exchange surface area with the ground, and air. In bottle necks, water speed is increased, less time to exchange its heat ,and les calories to loose since it's a smaller contact area with the ground, and air. Also, friction between water molecules in high speed zones reduce maybe the ability to form ice crystals.

I guess you really don't get much snow there usually. The total you have is now often what we have on the ground here in Ottawa, Canada but we used to get at least four times as much. I was driving an "underbelly" salter (Small plow under the frame between the front and rear wheels of a mid-sized dump truck) for the City of Kanata (Now part of Ottawa) and we had 50-70 cm (Varied within a couple km) in less than 24 hours. The plows would get stuck if they came to a full stop. Regular, pickup-sized tow trucks were stuck all over. On the rural roads, farmers came out in their tractors to rescue everything smaller than a small dump truck. I had to drive with my plow raised, just to cut the depth down; otherwise, the buildup of snow under my truck would take too much weight off of my drive wheels! Crazy eh?
43:45 I think it is. The problem is either too much current to the LED or bad quality components on the LED driver. Years ago I bought two 10W flood LED lights that had very nice warm white color and good amount of light. But they didn't last even in very occasional use. I think they worked about a year or two and then started flickering randomly or not turning on without hesitation. Then they both died. I didn't even use them outside, where they were designed to be used. The structure and materials were actually really decent quality, like the very thick glass, silicone gasket and beefy aluminium basket. They were nicely sealed. But the electronics were crap. Almost all LED lights (for household use) I've bought have died in a year or two. I have got a few normal E27 or E14 LED lights replaced under warranty, as some of them come with a 3 year warranty. In one E14 lamp I took apart, there was a capacitor with 130 °C temperature rating and it still stopped working.

You loose some wall space but it opens even with snow built up against it. You could always hang stuff on the inside of the door if you bracket it right so nothing fall when moving.

Put a battery charger before turning it will heat up battery while charging and also mix the acid. Or connect two batteries parallel to increase power(not voltage).
You need another diesel furnace. You could keep it portable and fire it up when you need to heat a vehicle. Use one of the duct hoses to flow the hot air into the engine compartment. Of course I would also plug in a block heater for the colder days which should be on all the equipment that you need in the cold. Those and a heated dip stick to help heat the oil would ease the starting. Over the road long haul truckers use diesel heaters that are plumbed into the cooling lines which keeps the cab warm as well as the engine as the coolant circulates the heat throughout the block. That way they can pull over and sleep when they have worked their maximum hours even though they are away from electricity. Espar is one brand although high priced and short lived. Some of the chinesium diesel heaters are also for warming the water like the Espar. Webasto is another, again pricey.
