---- DOUGH ----
MAIDA (ALL PURPOSE FLOUR) - 2 CUP (250 GM)
DESI GHEE - 4 TABLESPOON
SALT - ½ TSP
---- MASALA ----
POTATO (MEDIUM) - 4, BOILED
GREEN PEAS - 1/3 CUP
GINGER - 1 INCH
CORIANDER SEEDS (BEATEN) - 1 TSP
GREEN CHILLI - 3, FINELY CHOPPED
CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSP
SALT - 1 TSP
AMCHUR POWDER - ½ TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ TSP
BLACK PEPPER POWDER - ¼ TSP
EDIBLE OIL - 2 TABLESPOON + TO FRY
CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 TABLESPOON
