As a fellow upstate resident, I’m not a fan of all the growth. EVERYWHERE they are tearing down to build neighborhoods. I wish ppl would stop moving here
The growing is still happening!! All I see when I leave my house if construction building up new neighbourhoods or apartments! Like. I think we are a little full up here in the upstate…
Ok please explain this. We bought our house in 2015 for 300k. We sold it in 2019 right before covid. And now it is worth over 1 million dollars. Like. Can people please leave the upstate of South Carolina!!!
