Hey bro, if you’re coming on work visa they just expect you to speak small level of english. If your applying for residency or coming on student visa you will have to do english tests

Could be an issue bro. I would definitely recommend getting in touch with a good overseas education consultancy who knows what they are doing.
Most of the time wont be an issue. Make sure u get immigration advices and apply woth a good agent. Make sure that u mention ur visa refusal in the application 😊

I think it’s possible to get residency without IELTS if you’re on Aewv. However this is just my personal finding I would recommend consulting an immigration advisor ❤️
