The more I watch Arnett, the more I realize just how talented, smart and funny the guy is. I mean the jokes just don't stop! He is endlessly entertaining, but so charming and genuine throughout: a master conversationalist. He holds everyone's attention effortlessly.

There's a reason I spend my time watching or coming back to years old Conan or Letterman clips, instead of Leno, Fallon, Kimmel, or Colbert clips.
It's quality.
For me it's Craig Ferguson and Conan I keep coming back to to get my fix. All other shows are poop, like the ones you mentioned, but also James Corden.
