The limitations are there because EA doesnt want to get in trouble with NCAA and have people create real life players that didnt get paid or sign a contract.
That’s bs because you can change names and in dynasty mode you can’t even edit generated players so it’s clearly a coding error that they haven’t figured out yet
@@steelersnation4Lnames =/= likeness. Just because a name is in a game doesn’t mean that it resembles an active player. Being able to edit a players likeness, stats and numbers are where you can run into issues and these FCS players will jump on the chance to sue and make some money. The ability to edit numbers may eventually come in, but I highly doubt we will ever be able to edit stats and what a player looks like
@@steelersnation4LWhat Bubba said, they could release a full on editor that would let you create a likeness. As long as they don't create the likeness it is fine. That's why a lot of indie games get around these kind of things with 'modded' content that they release themselves.

I don’t think there would be grounds for a lawsuit in that situation. There’s plenty of media that I can go into and create a players likeness. It’s only problematic when the developers do it. Players creating things in game is just fair use unless it’s exploitative. So, if anything the individual streaming or making TH-cam videos while making money with their likeness is who would be liable.

Technically the MWC doesn't get a guaranteed bid as a G5 Conference. I believe the highest ranked G5 conference champ gets the bid to the CFP.

i spent a lot of time tweaking a custom playbook, finding it SUPER important to set up the stars that dictate when the plays get called in sim. you make it so it calls the plays you know are good, and they use the same settings in the sim, so they call better plays with more chances of success
This is actually great advice I saw that and wondered how it would matter if I'm.ostly playing but for swimming this is a good way to get the offense to fit your style I'm gonna do this tonight
@LonghornsLegend yea. If you really wanna do it right. Go thru all of the plays and assign each play you want to be called have at least half a star. If you don't put a star on it at all. The cpu won't call it at all. Good idea to do your defense too. Keeps them from calling dumb coverage just because it was assigned by default
@@LonghornsLegend also, if you go to supersim, and put the speed on slow, it will show you all the plays, so you can watch and see what works. i let the games run on slow for my sims, see what plays to change to get called more/less
I thought you couldn’t choose your playbook unless you played the game. Do you go into each game and sim it from there or have they patched the playbooks?
@tuckermusic4719 I use the slow speed sim and watch the games while I play stuff on the pc. So yea i do go into each game for sim, but it's cuz I enjoy watching the sim games play out and see what plays work and which dont.

You need big upsets from time to time. Otherwise you never get app st beating Michigan. The early Boise st dominate years. Upset weekend exists for a reason.
For playoff games you should put the sim on slow and watch the game play out, it works better than the regular super sim

As someone who lives an hour east of Fargo, NDSU doesn't really need a rebuild. IMO if anything, they need a bigger challenge and should be moved to a different conference. They're the big fish in a little pond. Put them in the Big 10 and lets see how good they really are.
i've watched about a dozen people play this game so far, and simming is the most common complaint. after watching road to glory, and dynasty gameplay i wonder if the computer just subs out players at times due to wear and tear or fatigue while on sim. i watched a guy due the exp glitch for a 99 overall HB, and as soon as he turned wear and tear and fatigue back on for more of a challenge he played 3 plays and sat out the rest of the game.
I feel like a year was skipped cause I didn’t see that stud Sophmore WR or OLB that you convinced to stay graduate or leave plus we missed the second MWC championship

They need to figure out this issue, im tired of getting to year 2-3 of rebuilds and the top 25 is 50% teams that were 1 star at the beginning.

Todays video is a first rebuild for a military school. I've gone with the one who has had the most success recently in Army to try and bring them back to their glory days in the 1950s where they were the best college football program in America

Any recommendations for sim playbooks. My team is easily the best in the nation on both sides of the ball and went 8-4 one of those losses being a three score loss against Vandy (It's year 3). Offense can't seem to get the ball moving with QB and skill positions all 88+ and Oline with all 85+ with a 94 LT.
