Next time try smaller section as your hair is kind of thick, so you do not miss any spots. Make sure you use more than one box of hair dye and cover that hair with dye, It must drenched in it. The technique you use when dying hair is important. Roots take dye/process faster than ends because they are next to to the scalp(which releases heat), So next time start with ends first. After you done putting dye on the ends(your whole head, then colour your roots. I hope this helps :)
