I think a new one should have him there fighting a megavirus monster in this location as the whole idea of Gridman Sigma was that Gridman’s younger brother gave Takeshi Todo(Malcom’s counterpart) who had been redeemed after helping Gridman defeat Khan Digifier his Acceptor. I assume had Gridman Sigma not been cancelled it would have been a cyberspace demon that escaped captivity and began wrecking havoc, a similar thing would happen in Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad had Sigma aired
I have read about the cancelled Gridman Sigma project, and how the main enemy would've been a red version of Kilokahn called Neo Khan Digifer. I wonder how the concept could have been adapted to Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad, since in that series, Kilokahn's defeat was undone by having Malcolm restore him from a backup. Anyway, a sequel to this video is in the works, and there are going to be 2 big fights. Unfortunately, for now I can only do the CG parts; I'll shoot the live action parts when COVID is over.
Heh. If you read the fanfiction this video is part of, you'll discover that Malcolm compares Kilokahn to Darth Vader when he first meets him, and when he describes the process to transfer matter to cyberspace, he is thinking about a certain movie, which is implied to be Tron. www.fanfiction.net/s/6934124/1/The-Digital-Domain
When COVID is over, and the sequel to this video is done. It's gonna take a while, because I don't want to risk my health by shooting live action scenes with people I don't live with. The version of the fight I have in mind absolutely requires live action scenes to explain why they are fighting, as well as for a plot twist I'm certainly not gonna spoil right now. I could certainly set up the animations of Servo and Sigma in cyberspace and render them, but without live action scenes, the video would be incomplete.
i would love to see it happen and then maybe servo will offer sigma to cone to the sude of good and fight the megavirus monsters side by side and save both the digital world and the human world.
This is really cool! I like the idea of Sigma being an evil version of Servo. I know this was meant to focus on Malcolm being the main character, but you make a video of your version of Sigma versus Servo. You could have two different endings to be fair for both characters and fans of both characters. One where Servo wins and the alternate ending with Sigma winning. If the new SSSS Gridman Anime turns out not to be Samurai reboot I've been waiting but instead a new story in the same franchise with new characters (though I still think it has to be the new Samurai), I might make my own Samurai fan-fiction. I've always had ideas in my head for my own Samurai inspired story. But I was always discouraged by the strict copyright thing. This video has surely inspired me enough to be encouraged to make something. But since also a Zelda fan and already working on Zelda fan fiction, I'll only have enough space of time to fit in one small series of videos. If it does well, I might make additional seasons. And who knows, I might even make my fan-fic a sort of Superhuman Samurai x Zelda crossover like I've actually always had in mind since I was in high school. When I was in high school, I always had crazy Samurai x Zelda ideas, and even dreams about both of them together, but sometimes just Samurai. I even had a dream once where I was Servo, going into the digital world and fighting mega virus monsters. Anyways, that's enough of my talk for now. Again, cool stuff! I look forward to hopefully maybe seeing more of this stuff from you if you can.
You know what? I'm working on a sequel RIGHT NOW! I've just finished building the first cyberspace environment Sigma will explore in the new episode (there will be at least 3 different environments), and now I'm setting up the lights. Then I'll have to animate the whole thing, then shoot the live action part, add the appropriate special effects, and finally edit everything together. You won't see Sigma vs Servo, because these episodes are part of an alternate universe where Sam doesn't exist (there's a link to the written fanfiction in the description) but you WILL see stuff that just wasn't possible in the original series. P. S. My version of Malcolm isn't really evil, he's more of a self-serving antihero.
Sounds cool! And I know that this is set in an alternate universe, but could you at least consider one special, outside of universe video that has Sigma versus Servo? It's have to be apart of this series, just something that I thought would be cool to watch. You don't have to make it happen if you don't want to. I was just giving a suggestion of what sounded cool. And with Malcolm being an anti-hero, does this mean that he's eventually going to betray Kilo Kahn and choose to protect the digital world more like Servo in this universe?
"Betray" is a big word, but both Malcolm and Kilokahn are going to become more manipulative toward each other, because their goals are similar, but do not coincide. Malcolm would never limit the use of his own powers to protect the digital world, because he wants to bring forward a transhuman age, just like Kilokahn. The difference is that Malcolm wants everyone to be equally superhuman so that nobody has to submit to someone else; Kilokahn also wants to turn humans into "higher beings of pure information", but in a way that still lets him rule over them.
Which is odd seeing as Gridman Sigma is the younger brother of Gridman. And we already got the groundwork for Sigma in that one episode where we see him as a good guy
@@superplushtiman7ti075 Do you have a source that you can share a link to here? I'm curious to know where you got this information. And I'm curious to know more.
I always knew Malcolm had suave compared to Takeshi where..he was a coward and didn't go through with killing Takeo. Akane was just nothing more than a petty little girl who gets grumped over the smallest things but Malcolm was an upright dick who loved being a jerk and wasn't afraid to say it. He's like Iori Yagami from King of Fighters now that I think about it. Though Sigma being evil..that's something from the original idea of Khan Knight, isn't it? Can't wait to see the two possible endings for this. So what do you think of the new Gridman anime sequel coming out this year? Hyped yet? :) I wanna get myself Phormo/King Gridman this year.
You're right about how Malcolm was portrayed in the original series. Very stereotypical, which is why I changed him to a self-serving antihero, or a well-intentioned extremist if you want, who is not afraid to hurt a select few if he believes the benefits will outweigh the collateral damage. When I made this video I was not aware of Khan Knight, I only knew that, had Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad continued into a second season, Malcolm would have obtained an Accepter himself and turned into this blue being called Sigma. And since Kilokahn was still alive at the end of the series, thanks to a system backup, I thought it would only be natural for Malcolm to get that power from Kilokahn. Regarding the new anime sequel... I'm not really hyped yet, because I've only seen a single picture. With the previous series, I had seen a trailer as well as a full set of action figures, and that had hyped me up. I'm waiting for something more substantial.

It's the one I like best, because it's the most streamlined, and of course I also love Gridknight's design that appeared in the anime. Very badass.

Heh, that's a different universe. In this universe, the password for the Servo program is "Let's samuraize, guys", and there's no equivalent Sigma program. 3) There's the Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad REBOOT universe, which is where this short and my fanfiction (linked in the description) are set. This universe, although similar to the SSSS Prime universe, differs from it in several important ways. First, Sam Collins does not exist, so there is no Servo program. Second, Malcolm is not the petty evil type we saw in the series, but instead he is a more complex antihero character. Third, the Sigma program is an intentional invention of his, and the password is "Sigma".
Then, if you read my fanfiction, your mind is gonna blow like a photon torpedo :-D Especially when you read the chapters where Malcolm attempts to hack Kilokahn to discover how it works, and the direct follow-up to this video, where he reads the documents he downloaded and discovers things about the "Hyperspace-Assisted Reality Remodeling Project".
