Glendale, CA is not a ghost town.... over 500,000 come in and out the city in a day and its living population is over 200k... these are the mountains of the city... not the main area.

80% if not 90% of these houses owned by hard working Armenians, they made Glendale a beautiful city we love to create, build, we don’t destroy 😊

Kenneth, Edmonton, Sheridan , the Country Club homes is where the beautiful old money homes are.this is expensive cheap construction.

Glendale got beautiful landscape and it is so clean, but the home's architecture is awful....😊 I love modern contemporary minimalist homes.
I don’t think that means it is awful. It just doesn’t fit your preference.
