Man i’m sick of only looking at this guy from a screen, he is worth so much to me sonic adventure 2 battle came out in america the same day I was born and it’s been my favorite video game for as long as I can remember. I’m making a sweeping declaration now: I will own this guy before the end of 2024. $3000 is a lot but i have to get him now before it becomes even crazier. Thank you Shiznite for inspiring me to finally get serious about owning this dude
Never in my life would I think that I ever managed to own an official sonic plush. Yet, I managed to track down and acquired both the 2008 sega prize Japan 14" Sonic plush and a fun4all bendable Adventure Sonic. plush
Edit: The 2008 sonic plush I was talking about was a variant of the soap shoes sonic itself with normal shoes.
I really love this video. Soap Shoes Sonic may not be my #1 dream plush, but a plush from the same set is. Rouge the bat was my favorite Sonic character growing up, and ever since I got into plush collecting 12 years ago, the SA2B Rouge plush has always been my most wanted plush. SA2B was a very special game to me, it helped influence my childhood friends to get into Sonic, and has been one of my favorite games ever since. From the fantastic soundtrack to the fun cast of characters, I don't think any other Sonic game will move me like SA2B did. I believe I have the same feelings for the Rouge plush as do people who want the soap shoes Sonic. Thank you for making this video, I know this is cheesy, but it has really touched my heart as a Sonic plush collector.

I'm not an active fan of sonic but I lived going going to my cousins and playing sonic on the Sega Genesis back in the dayso I got me a sonic plush for that reason. . . Also the character design of sonic is amazing!
If you cant afford one your best bet is to buy the joypolis sonic plush and make custom soap shoes for him

Congrats on obtaining Soap shoes sonic plush. I’m still hunting down a bendable SA2 Sonic figure, I wanted as a kiddo. SA2 is my favorite & my first back in the 2000’s. Neat review SEGA Collector. 😁

Who was the person that gave you the plush? And are there still more from him/her/them? Ive been trying to find it for 2 yrs now(i have will medved to help me cause he gave it to Pacmac last yr) Thanks to him ive been inspired to get it and the same with you. So who was it?

I’m very fortunate to own 2 of these. 1 from the ufo catcher and 1 promo. Just so everyone is aware of how much these range, I paid $550 for and and $270 for another. The $550 one was promo and the white part of the eyes was a little off white. The $270 was almost brand new with minor scratches on the eye and was noticeably more smaller than the promo version. I’m rambling but nice video

Congrats on getting that plush. I actually got back to Sonic last year and I was quite concerned that there was barely any Metal Sonic merch. Even the very first one was a set of small figures which are pretty hard to find today. The closest I got into amazing Metal Sonic figures was the 2 Classic Metal Sonic ones from Jazawares and the Modern Metal Sonic from the Tomy Gacha Balls. I definitely would have loved to grab the Metal Sonic figures that came with the comic and when Tomy was still handling Sonic merch but I guess only time will tell when I could grab a good deal on those Metal Sonic figures from Tomy.
I literally got this 👌 close to getting my hands on one- but I was at work and missed the FB bidding for it…
My story of obtaining my holy grails are two plushes of mine: a Taiwanese fuzzy 90’s Sonic plush and a Sonic plush from 1997, released in Japan. The 1997 one is my personal favorite because it reminds me of the Saturn era of Sonic, which is my favorite era. The Taiwanese plush is also great because of how nice and soft it is, despite how obscure it is. Great video!

nothing compares to buying a pair of red soap scorchers or any pair of scorchers even tho it looks more like the flows with impact plates
