Hello, I want to fly to from Hamburg to London and then from London to Charlotte and then to Orlando to visit the Kennedy Space Center. The flight between London and Charlotte is the longest. Whats your experience with this route? Is it easy to find the terminals? Are the meals and drinks included? Im 18 and its the first time with a friend that we fly to America with such a long flight. Do you have tipps? Thanks!
I really hope they have refreshed the interior of their a330s by now, I flew this three years ago and the seat back systems and power ports were just terrible, hopefully when I fly this Christmas it's a bit better...
EoRdE6 They won’t be refurbishing them anytime soon. The a330-300s are being retired and the -200s will get premium economy (only premium economy will have new entertainment screens)
Great video, Im travelling onboard this flight next year, on route to Orlando, May I ask a quick question, how long did it take you to clear immigration and customs?
MrMufcmad1 Thank you! Ah I was also traveling to Orlando in this vid but wasn’t able to film the CLT-MCO flight. To be honest it did take quite a while for us all to clear immigration, and TSA wasn’t quick either. But I did catch my connection in the end. Hope you have a great trip!
JONATHANakaKING at the time that I went the aircraft wasn’t equipped with WIFI, but I believe all American Airlines A330s now have WIFI available on board.

EoRdE6 Think about it this way. At least it’s not a 767 that has no screens. Anyway that is very unfortunate you are flying on the a330-300.
The older A330s (ex US Airways) are all set to be scrapped in favor of new Boeing 787s

What power outlets were available on the flight?
There were USB ports in the armrests, but was quite slow to charge devices. :)
