I’m Japanese. I’ve been to both countries and I prefer Thailand over Vietnam. I thought Thailand was more organized, had better food, had more kind people (I got scammed like 10times in Saigon but never in Bangkok). I liked Vietnam tho. They have extremely cheap beers which was awesome.

Well I believe Thailand is better to go to they have better street food and it’s cheaper. The condos and apartments are way cheaper and the beaches are better. The visa is better 30 day free then you don’t need to leave to get another 30 day. Pattaya is better. Now remembering lived in Vietnam 15 years and loved it but I believe the people to be mor e friendly in Thailand. I still love Vietnam but the visa 30 day is bull shit. It can get to expensive every 30 day run. I will be back in Vietnam hopefully by the time I come back the 30 day is over.
For food I think that Thailand and Vietnam are good the same.

with the price of flights these days only a month to travel that far from so many EU or North American destinations is just so damn expensive whereas 3 months is a much better option! I live in Thailand. Its a country that charmed me from the first moment I found myself there all the way back in 2003. Vietnam is a fascinating country too, and I'm happy to visit there. Each culture is significantly different, and I recommend everyone go out and try, find the place you enjoy the most.

I am not here to compare Vietnam to Thailand because I don’t need to emphasize THE FACT. I just want to give you the truth about TH-camrs leaving Thailand for Philippines. There are some channels but they went there because they need to travel the world as they are professional TH-camrs. And now all of them left Philippines for other countries already like Malaysia Cambodia and Vietnam and the views drop drastically because the Filipinos don’t care to watch them anymore because they don’t follow them along.
Only one TH-camr from Thailand leaving for Philippines to gain more views but what he got is similar views as in Thailand and he again complained about it!!🤣
