In general, it is after the Bag Filter only but then there are certain application requirements where you don't have to give more suction & unnecessary increasing the power consumption especially when the coarse particles have already been collected inside the Cyclone. In this case, the application is collecting & recycling the rubber dust. So you only have to break the moment of inertia of the air stream so that the fine particles get collected inside the Pulse Jet Bag Filter However, the Blower should be capable enough to handle the dust coming in contact with the impeller.
