Creality CR-10s Pro V2 - Creality's Ultimate Printer? - Unboxing and Review

  • Hey everyone!
    Welcome to my unboxing and review of the Creality CR-10s Pro V2!
    Not to dissimilar to the original Pro V1, this upgraded version bolsters a new BLtouch to improved leveling. Regardless of the model you get; V1 or V2 you'll be over the moon with the quality. In a sense this review can apply to both the V1 and V2 just substitute the BLtouch for the EXabl induction sensor.

    I've had one for about 6 months or so, excellent printer. I've put the magnetic plate on mine and swapped out the fans for noctua replacements so now its basically silent. Great video as always Frank, love your stuff!

      @SuperheroDIY 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah I definitely need to do the same re: the fans! Sounds like a jet engine or something ... ridiculously loud! And I do like the stickiness of the stock print surface, but man it's so difficult to get stuff off -- flexible is so much better! Now just trying to dial in the print profiles, but I suck at that.

      @@sarahscruggs2203 I got the official Creality flexible one from Amazon, in the uk its about £21. I completely took off the stock metal plate that was clipped in and stuck the replacement directly to what was left. Removing prints now takes seconds!

      @@SuperheroDIY its easier than you might think, just remember to get some buck converters if you go for Noctua fans, so that you can bring the 24v down to 12v (apart from the power supply fan which on mine was 12v already)

    Are there enclosures built for this printer, of will one built for a CR10s pro suffice? Is there a diy specifically for the CR10s pro v2?

  • @gooddealonly
    @gooddealonly 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    My Creality CR-10s Pro V2 was delivered 2 days ago. I have it assemble and have the bed leveled in under 2 hours and start printing immediately. I returned the Creality Ender 3 and Creality Ender 3 Pro V2 because they are just too painful to use. I have to upgrade this and upgrade that and still was not an acceptable 3D printer to me. The time that I spent in figuring things out, I might as well spend more and buy this better and bigger printer instead. Everything works and no grade needed, not even the springs on the bed! I get what I paid for and more. I don't want to be a 3D printer mechanic or technician. I just want to buy the printer and used it just like an inkjet printer without going through a lot of trouble. This is it. This is almost a plug-and-play 3D printer! Even connecting to the computer is easy. I use Cura 4.9.0 and I can send printer files to the printer without using the tiny Micro SD card.
