Thank you, Peter, this trip was in my locality and it was this trip research which kick started the idea for doing some video to complement the photography.
@@AndrewShenton I suppose we cant have all our own way when it comes to this game.. We are at the mercy of the British weather. If though you our like me Ive got some dramatic stuff with our lovely weather sometimes and having a little persistence.
Nice preview to to 1Z10 trip, did manage Slawit and s bends at Marsden before Gauxholme and Toddy so return beckons as and when, thanks for posting, Regards, Pete.
Excellent video Andrew and very informative too about the different locations. I can see this has taken a huge amount of effort, but the end result is tremendous. My wife started watching part way through and she says you should be on the TV:-)
Thanks so much for this. Can feel your enthusiasm! And what a beautiful area.
Many thanks, this was an upload as a research exercise for an upcoming group photography trip, it turned out I enjoyed doing this kind of thing.
Hats off to anybody who makes films like this, it must be bloody hard work, but a great insight into what goes in to a 1Z10 trip.

Enjoyed the video. 10 out of 10 for persisting with the great Yorkshire weather.
Cheers Keith, I really didn’t pick the right weekend for this, but it was this one that gave me the spark to do more railway photography videos.

Thanks Peter, that all feels a lifetime ago now, but like you I’d like to do another trip up there.
